  • Fees are non-transferable between users or courses.

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested within 14 days of enrollment, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
  • No Refund: After 14 days of enrollment or if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed.

4. Subscription Services

  • For monthly or annual subscriptions, users may cancel anytime.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are only available if cancellation is requested within 5 days of payment.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage of subscription periods.

5. Technical Issues

  • If users face technical problems preventing access to courses, VijayKarma.com will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
  • Refunds may be considered if the issue remains unresolved and prevents meaningful participation.

6. Special Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at the discretion of the Administrator in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Incorrect course enrollment due to system error.
  • Exceptional personal circumstances (subject to documentation).

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

8. Cancellation of Courses by VijayKarma.com

  • If a course is cancelled by VijayKarma.com, enrolled users will receive a full refund.
  • Alternatively, users may opt to transfer enrollment to another available course.

9. Amendments

  • VijayKarma.com reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
